To be eligible for a donation or assistance, all applicants must be able to verify their residency within the cities impacted by the fires within the Los Angeles area fires. By applying for a donation, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the City of Carson, the Prevailing Family Life Center, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or costs that may arise from your participation in the donation program. You further agree that neither the City of Carson nor the Prevailing Family Life Center will be held responsible for any injuries, losses, damages, or other incidents that occur as a result of receiving or using the donated goods or services. The Prevailing Life Family Center reserves the right to verify the information provided in the application and request any additional documentation as needed. Submitting an application does not guarantee that you will receive a donation or assistance. Donations are subject to availability.
